Shipping Information
Guardian Mask ships products via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail for US orders and 6 to 10 day Priority Mail International for International orders.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days unless the order is for a custom made product.
Custom orders are received by Guardian Mask in approximately 1-2 weeks and will be shipped within 2 business days of their arrival.

If you have not received your package within a reasonable time frame, please contact your post office or customs first to ask about the package, then notify Guardian Mask.
When you contact Guardian Mask with your inquiry, please include the original order information. Name that the order was made in, address, order date, receipt ID or Transaction ID which you can obtain from PayPal if you ordered with this method. If you called in your order, please have the name the order was made in, as well as the order date.
Guardian Mask does not save order information by email address.
Return & Refund Policy
Please read the sizing chart before you decide on a mask for your horse. If you place an order and the product does not fit your horse, the buyer will be held responsible. Guardian will only exchange masks only at the discretion of the owner due to the possibility of contamination from certain eye conditions or diseases. There will be no refunds on products that have been worn or used. Guardian Mask is not responsible for damages done to the products from animal or human abuse or normal wear. All sales are final.
